Job summary

Hyatt is seeking a Vice President of Global Distribution to lead Hyatt's distributed channels, from direct digital and loyalty channels to partners and AI‑assisted platforms. This role shapes guest discovery, comparison, and booking across a complex ecosystem, collaborating with Loyalty, Digital Product, Marketing, Revenue Management, Brand, and Tech teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in hospitality or related business function.
• Extensive knowledge of distribution landscape: direct digital, OTA, GDS, metasearch and loyalty channels.
• Experience managing complex third‑party distribution and partner relationships.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen in channel contribution and net revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global distribution strategy across channels.
• Oversee visibility and conversion across hotel shopping journeys and AI‑assisted planning.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Loyalty, Digital, Marketing, Tech, and Operations.
• Sponsor distribution‑tech initiatives including API strategy and connectivity.
• Manage partner contracts, performance, governance, and renewal strategy.
• Drive reporting, KPIs, and cost transparency for distribution activities.
• Support openings, conversions, and brand integrations with distribution planning.
