Fuze Health seeks an experienced VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead a nationwide, multi-site, 24/7 clinical call center and pharmacy operations footprint. The role will balance cost, quality, and service SLAs while driving transformative initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in executive healthcare operations, with a pharmacy background, licensing, and a proven record of scalable growth across remote and hybrid teams. Strong regulatory and change management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive executive experience leading complex, large-scale clinical call centers, clinical operations, or pharmacy operations.
• Scale & Scope experience managing 400+ FTEs in a 24/7 high-volume environment.
• Pharmacy background with licensing in at least one state and willingness to obtain additional licenses.
• Operational excellence in process engineering, quality management, and multi-site/pharmacy fulfillment.
• Regulatory compliance experience with State Boards of Pharmacy and DEA.
• Strong change management to lead organizational transformations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and direct Clinical Call and Clinical Operations across legacy TruePill and Alto, unified for 450+ agents with 24/7 coverage.
• Drive regulatory compliance and safety across multiple sites while achieving SLA targets.
• Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance, and other senior leaders to align launches with readiness.
• Lead staffing and capacity strategies to balance cost, service and growth.
