You will drive strategy, structure, and compliant policies while partnering with Product and Engineering to identify tech improvements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technical leadership experience managing 75+ staff.
• 20+ years in P&C claims.
• Experience building processes and technology in fast-paced environments.
• In-depth knowledge of General Liability claims and coverage.
• Strong data synthesis to drive decisions.
• Proven track record of recruiting and developing claims professionals.
• Experience collaborating with executives on strategy.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the General Liability claims organization.
• Collaborate with Account Management to exceed client expectations and build relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency in claims handling.
• Establish staffing structures aligned with current and future needs.
• Monitor claims data and KPIs to identify trends and improvements.
• Drive process improvements through proprietary claim systems.
• Lead a high-performing team with mentorship and technical guidance.
• Advise on high-exposure, complex litigation and coverage matters.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.
• Collaborate with global claims departments to align strategies.
