Reserv is an insurtech reimagining claims with AI and automation. As Team Lead for General Liability Claims, you will guide high-exposure GL claims across industries, coaching both the General Team and the Severity/Litigation Team, ensuring prompt dispositions and strategic reviews.

The role blends portfolio oversight with hands-on review of complex files, leveraging analytics to identify gaps and improve outcomes in a remote-first work environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of insurance claims experience in high-exposure commercial general liability across industries.
• Active adjuster license required: resident state or DHS license.
• 2+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a remote environment.
• Demonstrated litigation management experience, including defense counsel oversight.
• Comfortable using technology and analytics to drive disposition-focused processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach adjusters across the General Team and Severity/Litigation Team.
• Own weekly aged-inventory disposition review and drive decisions.
• Review litigation strategy, defense counsel coordination, and reserve adequacy.
• Manage account-based routing exceptions outside standard litigation-status routing.
• Align caseload targets to verified inventory and adjust as needed.
• Serve as escalation SME for coverage questions and complex claim strategy.
• Prepare and present claims reports, aged-inventory metrics, and loss trends.
