Zusammenfassung

Reserv is seeking a Vice President of Gig Economy Claims to lead our high-volume, fast-moving claims organization serving rideshare, delivery, TNC/DNC, and other programs for multiple clients. You will drive strategy, structure, and compliant processes while partnering with Product and Engineering to identify tech improvements and efficiencies.

The ideal candidate has 20+ years in P&C claims, strong leadership, and a track record of optimizing performance in a remote environment.

Qualifikationen

• 15 years of on-point technical experience managing teams of 75+ employees.
• 20 years minimum in P&C claims, with significant gig economy & commercial auto experience.
• Experience building and iterating on process and technology in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive knowledge of gig-economy and commercial auto claims (rideshare, delivery, micromobility).
• Strong litigation management leadership skills; JD is a plus.
• Experience partnering with executives to plan and execute strategy.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership, vision, and direction for the Gig Economy claims organization.
• Collaborate with Account Management to exceed client expectations and build trusted relationships with carriers and platform partners.
• Foster a customer-centric approach to claims handling and drive continuous improvement for efficiency and satisfaction.
• Establish staffing models and capacity planning against volume swings.
• Monitor claims data and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Own program-level performance including audits, bordereaux, and reporting accuracy.
• Drive operational efficiencies and automation through proprietary claim systems.
• Develop an enhanced operating model focused on strategic priorities and performance.
• Enforce compliant policies and processes across multiple programs and coverage structures.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing claims team with expert guidance.
• Advise on high-exposure litigation and coverage matters.
• Oversee subrogation, total loss, and special investigations to maximize recovery.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state transportation and platform insurance statutes.
• Collaborate with global claims and other stakeholders to align strategies.
• Communicate claim philosophies while building customer relationships.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and integrate new technologies where appropriate.
• Set standards to control expenses and promote prudent claims management.
• Promote a culture of innovation within the claims organization.
