- Bachelor's Degree preferred

- Supervise a liability claims team with varying caseloads to deliver high-quality service
- Promote Best Practices for claims handling per GB standards
- Drive Talent through hiring and training, fostering performance and improvement
- Manage Workloads by setting goals and monitoring performance
- Utilize Technology to improve team efficiency and quality of service
- Client Communication with clients, carriers, and brokers in a professional manner
- Prioritize and Develop team members for successful growth
