Branch is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead FP&A, product finance, and business insights. The role will own the planning process, the long-range financial model, and partnerships with CFO and executive leadership.

You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic investment decisions across all departments. The ideal candidate has 12+ years in finance, strong leadership, and extensive experience with insurance-like regulated environments, data-driven reporting, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• 12+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles, including 5+ years leading managers.
• Proven track record owning planning and forecasting for a business in regulated environments such as insurance.
• Deep knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and unit economics.
• Experience partnering with BI or data teams to drive data-driven decisions.
• Experience building and coaching teams of managers.
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets, planning tools, and BI/reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; MBA a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead FP&A, product finance, and business insights teams and align their work with company goals.
• Run annual plan and long-range financial model end-to-end with CFO sign-off.
• Oversee forecasting, budget tracking, variance analysis across departments, explain drivers.
• Present financial results, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executives.
• Partner with Accounting, Actuarial, Product, Sales, Claims, and Data teams to connect financial plans to operations.
• Manage a team of 10, including hiring, coaching, and development of managers.
