Job summary

Branch Financial, LLC is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead FP&A, product finance, and business insights. You will drive the annual planning process, long-range forecasting, and analyses that shape Capex, pricing, and growth strategies.

You will manage a team of managers and partner with Accounting, Actuarial, Sales, and Data leaders to align financial plans with company goals. You will present financial results to the executive team and board, build business cases, and oversee

Qualifications

• 12+ years in FP&A/strategic finance roles, incl. 5+ years leading managers.
• Proven track record owning planning/forecasting for regulated insurance/insurtech.
• Deep knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, unit economics.
• Experience with BI/data teams and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience leading/managing managers.
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets and budgeting/BI tools.
• MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, product finance, and business insights teams.
• Own annual plan and long-range financial model from start to finish.
• Oversee forecasting, budget tracking, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align budgets with strategy.
• Prepare board materials and investor presentations.
