JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Field Relationship Manager to grow and retain a portfolio of Chase Merchant Services clients in the Middle Market sector, including Government, Healthcare, Higher-Education, and Non-Profit, in New York.

You will partner with internal coverage teams and JPMorgan Payments Treasury Services to achieve profitability through strategic client management, re-contracting, and incremental business development, while coordinating with product, service and operations partners.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in a strategic relationship management or business development role
• Proven ability to grow Fortune 500-level relationships
• Experience engaging with C-suite stakeholders
• Collaborative experience across multiple lines of business and partners
• Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel ~10%

Responsabilidades

• Achieve annual revenue targets by growing existing relationships and identifying incremental business
• Coordinate with Commercial Bank, JPMorgan Payments Treasury Services, FX and Card Services to optimize delivery
• Serve as main client contact for Merchant Services and internal partners
• Implement client strategy and coordinate cross-sell opportunities across Treasury Services
• Assess client needs with a consultative selling approach to expand payment solutions
• Prepare quarterly business reviews with financial and market analysis to support expansions
• Represent JPMorgan at external conferences to enhance market visibility
