• 8+ years of experience in strategic relationship management or business development.
• Experience growing relationships with Fortune 500 caliber clients.
• Comfort working with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow a portfolio of Middle Market Chase Merchant Services client relationships.
• Collaborate with JPMorgan Payments Treasury Services, Commercial Bank, FX, and Card Services to optimize delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for client relationships and internal partners within Merchant Services.
• Develop and present quarterly business reviews with financial and market analysis to expand business.
• Identify, pursue, and contract incremental business within the portfolio.
