Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic relationship management or business development.
• Experience growing Fortune 500 client relationships.
• Experience engaging with C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating across financial institutions and with partners.
• Ability to work across cultures with internal teams and clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Travel required - 25%.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain a portfolio of Chase Merchant Services client relationships.
• Collaborate with JPMorgan Payments Treasury Services and other lines of business to optimize product delivery.
• Serve as the primary client contact for Merchant Services and internal partners.
• Implement client strategies and coordinate cross-sell opportunities.
• Understand client needs and develop payment optimization solutions and recommendations.
• Deliver quarterly business reviews and financial/market analysis to support proposals.
• Represent JPMorgan at external industry conferences and market events.
