Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Field Relationship Manager to grow and retain a portfolio of Chase Merchant Services client relationships in the Mid-Market segment, including Government, Healthcare, Higher-Education, and Non-Profit sectors.

You will partner with the bank coverage team and Treasury Services to meet profitability goals through strategic client management and cross-sell opportunities. You will serve as the main client contact for Merchant Services, coordinating with internal partners

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a strategic relationship management or business development role, or technology-related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to grow and expand relationships with Fortune 500 caliber clients.
• Experience and comfort level working with C-suite level client stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating across multi-faceted financial institutions with relationship bankers, product, service and operations partners.
• Demonstrated ability to work across cultures with internal teams and external clients.
• Exceptional relationship management, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Travel required 10%.

Responsibilities

• Achieve firm-wide revenue objectives by maintaining and growing existing relationships and identifying incremental business.
• Coordinate with Commercial Bank, JPMorgan Payments Treasury Services, FX and Card Services to optimize product delivery.
• Serve as primary client contact for Merchant Services and internal partners.
• Support ongoing client strategy and cross-sell opportunities across JPMorgan Payments Treasury Services.
• Understand client needs with strategic, consultative selling to drive payment optimization solutions.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews and financial/market analyses to support proposals.
• Participate in external industry conferences to raise market visibility.
