Salesforce is seeking a dynamic Vice President, Customer Success to lead a premier Life Sciences portfolio within our Account Success organization. You will guide a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers, drive adoption and retention, and leverage AI-driven insights to maximize customer ROI.

This executive role demands strategic stakeholder engagement and a data-driven, customer-first approach to scale success across enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

Fifteen+ years leading teams of senior consultants or a Services/Customer Success function in an enterprise software company.
Seven+ years of dedicated Customer Success leadership in enterprise environments.
Ten+ years of enterprise software experience with CRM, data, and IT deployments.
Proven track record driving retention, adoption and expansion in a large enterprise portfolio.
Experience engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders across global accounts; strong executive presence.

Responsibilities

Own health, retention, adoption, and growth of an enterprise Life Sciences account portfolio.
Act as executive sponsor to resolve critical issues with operational rigor and fast turnaround.
Drive measurable outcomes using AI, data insights, and the Signature Success framework.
Scale customer health metrics and ensure renewals, value realization, and high adoption of AI capabilities.
Lead, hire, coach, and develop a world-class team of Enterprise Customer Success Managers.
