Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Transformation (AI PDLC) to lead the transition to Agentic AI led PDLC across Product, Engineering, and QA. The role will redesign operating models, workflows, and governance to scale AI-native processes.

You will work with senior leaders to assess current state, define future-state operating models, and drive change management with clear roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology or enterprise transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC).
• Cross-functional stakeholder management and project leadership.
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead redesign of product, engineering and QA operating models for AI-native PDLC.
• Coordinate cross-functional design workshops with leadership.
• Define future state processes and governance structures.
• Develop implementation roadmaps and blueprints.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership reviews.
