Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Senior Manager of Strategy & Transformation (AI PDLC) to lead the transition to Agentic AI in our PDLC. You will redesign operating models across Product, Engineering and QA and drive adoption at scale by partnering with senior leaders.

The role demands strategic thinking, strong governance, and proven change-management leadership. You will collaborate with executives to define future-state processes, map blueprints, and shape the operating model across

Qualifications

• 6+ years in management consulting, strategy or transformation.
• Experience leading technology or enterprise transformation projects.
• Strong PDLC knowledge and software engineering practices.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead redesign of product, engineering and QA operating models for an Agentic-AI PDLC.
• Facilitate cross-functional design workshops with senior leaders.
• Define future state operating models integrating Human/Agentic AI workflows.
• Highlight trade-offs and realign stakeholders with new workflows.
• Develop blueprints, roles and implementation roadmaps.
• Design AI CoE and capability-building approaches.
• Execute change management strategy and prepare leadership materials.
