Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Senior Manager, Strategy & Transformation (AI PDLC) to lead the transition to Agentic AI in the Product Development Lifecycle. You will bridge strategy and execution, redesign operating models across Product Management, Engineering and QA, and drive adoption at scale.

You will partner with senior leaders, define future-state processes, and implement governance and change strategies to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in management consulting, strategy, or operating model redesign.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC).
• Cross-functional stakeholder management and program leadership.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead redesign of product, engineering and QA operating models for Agentic AI PDLC.
• Conduct assessments of current state PDLC and workflows.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops with leadership to shape future state.
• Define future state responsibilities and governance for AI-enabled workflows.
• Develop blueprints and roadmaps for implementation and adoption.
• Design AI CoE and change management strategies.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership reviews and decisions.
