Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Senior Manager, Strategy & Transformation (AI PDLC) to drive the transition to Agentic AI across Product Management, Engineering and QA. You will redesign operating models, align senior stakeholders and enable scalable, enterprise-wide PDLC changes.

With 6+ years in transformation and strong PDLC knowledge, you will partner with executive leaders to define future-state processes, governances, and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in management consulting, strategy, transformation or operating model redesign.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred for senior leadership track.
• Strong PDLC and software engineering knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead redesign of product, engineering and QA operating models for AI-native PDLC.
• Conduct assessments of current state PDLC and workflows.
• Facilitate cross-functional design workshops with senior leaders.
• Define future-state operating models and governance for AI workflows.
• Highlight trade-offs and align stakeholders on design choices.
• Develop roadmaps, role definitions and implementation plans.
• Design AI Center of Excellence and capability-building approaches.
• Execute change management and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership reviews and decisions.
