- Proven ability to drive strategic transformations from strategy to implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead redesign of product, engineering and QA operating models and governance.
- Facilitate cross-functional design workshops and align stakeholders.
- Define future state AI-enabled PDLC workflows and responsibilities.
- Develop blueprints for process maps and implementation roadmaps.
- Design AI Center of Excellence and change management approaches.
- Prepare materials for senior leadership reviews and decisions.
