Job summary

S&P Global is seeking a senior transformation leader to drive enterprise-wide AI-native PDLC/SDLC programs in New York. You will shape end-to-end strategy, govern programs, and partner with senior leaders to deliver measurable improvements in delivery velocity and efficiency.

This role requires deep experience with agile, DevSecOps, and regulated environments, plus a proven ability to influence C-level stakeholders across multiple functions within a large enterprise.

Qualifications

• Over 15 years of experience in technology transformation or engineering operations.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale product development and engineering transformations.
• Ability to influence C-level executives and senior leaders across functions.
• Deep understanding of modern software delivery lifecycles including agile and DevSecOps.
• Experience in regulated environments with control, risk, compliance, and audit focus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/CS/Business; Master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide AI-native PDLC and SDLC transformation across S&P Global.
• Own end-to-end program strategy and execution roadmap with governance.
• Prepare executive-ready updates for decision framing and unblock issues quickly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on future-state operating model.
• Build and run enterprise coaching and enablement for adoption.
• Partner with divisional leaders to plan training for tooling readiness and capacity.
• Ensure adoption through coaching and cross-team support; transition to sustained practice.
• Drive value realization through improvements in capacity, cycle-time, and product throughput.
