Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Massachusetts seeks a Strategist to lead a multi-year Agentic AI PDLC transformation, driving architecture, processes, and governance across Product, Engineering and QA.

The role partners with executive leadership to deliver value through productivity, time-to-market and quality improvements, while guiding large-scale change management and stakeholder engagement in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or technology transformations.
• Experience with tech transformations; B2B software, AI, or cloud products preferred.
• Strong governance, program management and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agentic AI PDLC transformation spanning architecture, tooling, processes and governance.
• Drive multi-year program management and executive-alignment initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, GTM and Finance to deliver prioritized value.
• Design future PDLC operating model and drive implementation.
• Maintain transformation roadmap, KPIs, and weekly governance.
• Facilitate senior leadership decisions with findings and trade-offs.
• Mentor teams and manage multiple work streams across orgs.
