Job summary

Moody's is seeking a Vice President, People & Lifecycle Communications to lead employee lifecycle communications from onboarding through career milestones, shaping how employees experience the company.

You will partner with the CHRO and People leadership to translate policy changes into clear, credible messaging and coordinate across teams to ensure consistency with Moody's brand and broader communications strategy.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in internal communications, employee experience, or HR communications.
• Experience partnering with HR/People teams on workforce communications.
• Exceptional writing and narrative skills.
• Discretion when handling confidential or sensitive content.
• Experience with lifecycle communications platforms and metrics.
• People management with strategy, priorities, and coaching.
• Ability to align internal messaging with brand across functions.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to streamline workflows and manage AI risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee lifecycle communications from onboarding through career milestones.
• Set strategy and lead the lifecycle communications team.
• Advise CHRO and People leadership on messaging for policy changes.
• Partner with People to translate changes into clear communications.
• Support enterprise-wide internal comms aligned with Moody's voice and tone.
• Develop content and channels to advance culture and engagement initiatives.
• Advise on communications for sensitive workforce topics and organizational change.
• Measure impact of lifecycle communications and refine programs.
• Collaborate with Executive Visibility, Brand, and Regional teams for alignment.
