Moody's Analytics is seeking a Vice President, Executive Communications to lead internal and executive messaging across a global, hybrid workforce. The role focuses on shaping strategy, cadence, and leadership visibility, including town halls and leadership communications.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive multi-channel programs that align with Moody's Analytics' priorities while integrating AI-driven efficiency and risk considerations.

Competenze

• 7-10 years in internal and/or executive communications.
• Exceptional writing skills, including ghostwriting for senior executives.
• Experience running high-visibility employee events (town halls, all-hands) end to end.
• Sound judgment on sensitive or fast-moving topics, with the ability to work discreetly on confidential matters.
• Comfortable managing multiple senior stakeholders and competing priorities under tight timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage multi-channel communications platforms for a global, hybrid workforce.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency; awareness of AI risk management.
