Moody's Corporation is seeking a senior leader in internal communications to shape employee lifecycle messaging from onboarding through milestones. You will partner with the CHRO and People leadership to translate policy changes into clear, credible communications that align with Moody's voice.

The role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams, measuring impact, and driving engagement while upholding ethics and confidentiality across a global workforce.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in internal communications, employee experience, or HR communications within a large, global organization.
• Experience partnering with HR and People teams on sensitive workforce communications.
• Exceptional writing skills translating policy changes into clear narratives.
• Strong judgment and discretion handling confidential content.
• Experience with employee engagement platforms and metrics.
• Proven people management with strategy and execution oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee lifecycle communications from onboarding through milestones.
• Own strategic direction for lifecycle communications including onboarding, promotions, anniversaries, recognition programs, and career milestones.
• Advise CHRO and People leadership with a cohesive narrative across the workforce.
• Partner with People to translate policy changes in performance, compensation, and benefits.
• Support enterprise-wide internal communications strategies with lifecycle messaging.
• Develop content and channels to advance culture and engagement initiatives.
• Advise on communications for sensitive workforce topics, including organizational change.
• Measure effectiveness of lifecycle communications and refine programs using feedback data.
• Collaborate with Exec Visibility, Brand, and Regional teams for alignment.
