Responsibilities

• Define Employer Guiding Principles and EVP messaging.
• Own the People content strategy across enterprise channels.
• Turn People programs into cohesive, accessible narratives for leaders and employees.
• Edit flagship People content and set editorial standards.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to move work forward in a matrixed organization.
• Develop manager toolkits and cascade plans to explain changes.
