This senior IC role partners with Corporate Affairs, Communications, and Social Media to ensure consistent tone and compelling stories about our EVP and guiding principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in corporate communications, employer branding, or related roles at large organizations.
• Experience in financial services or data-driven environments preferred.
• Proven ability to develop EVP, culture narratives, or brand storytelling at an enterprise level.
• Exceptional written and verbal storytelling with ability to translate complex programs into clear narratives.
• Ability to influence decisions in a matrixed organization and manage senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with multi-channel content strategy (intranet, email, video, social media).
• Hands-on experience integrating generative AI tools into content workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define Employer Guiding Principles and articulate Moody's EVP to reflect business insights.
• Develops and executes communications strategy for People content across enterprise channels.
• Translate pay, performance, career development, recognition, wellbeing, benefits, and learning into cohesive narratives.
• Write and edit flagship People content, set editorial standards and tone of voice.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to move work forward.
