You will partner with the CHRO and People leadership, translating policy changes into clear, credible communications while aligning with Moody's broader voice.

You will drive employee engagement initiatives, collaborate with brand and regional teams, and leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and manage sensitive topics ethically.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal communications, employee experience, or HR communications in a large global organization.
• Ability to translate policy changes into clear, human narratives.
• Proven discretion handling confidential topics and sensitive content.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee lifecycle communications from onboarding to milestones.
• Advise CHRO and People leadership, shaping narrative impact.
• Translate policy changes in performance, compensation, and benefits into communications.
• Support enterprise-wide internal communications and ensure brand voice consistency.
• Develop content and channels for culture and engagement initiatives.
• Advise on communications for sensitive workforce topics and organizational change.
• Measure and refine lifecycle communications using engagement data.
• Collaborate with Executive Visibility, Brand, and Regional teams for alignment.
