Job summary

Careers Launch Talent Group partners with a Utah-based financial services organization to recruit a Vice President of Employee Experience Technology. The role leads strategy, product, and governance for the HR technology ecosystem, including Workday, AI, data privacy, and security.

You will build a multi-year roadmap, manage a team of technology and product professionals, and translate workforce needs into technology strategy while engaging executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience leading significant technology initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or product leadership.
• 5+ years leading technology, product, or enterprise systems teams.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence across HR, technology, and business leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the enterprise Employee Experience Technology strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Provide strategic leadership across the HR technology ecosystem, including Workday and integrated platforms.
• Establish and mature a product management approach for employee-facing technology.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and digital tools to improve the employee experience.
• Partner across HR, IT, Data, Cybersecurity, and Architecture to ensure platforms are scalable, secure, and well integrated.
• Drive modernization, simplification, and continuous improvement across employee technology.
• Establish governance around AI, data privacy, security, and responsible technology use.
• Lead, develop, and empower a team of technology and product professionals.
• Build strong relationships with senior executives and translate business and workforce needs into technology strategy.
