Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks a VP, Global HR Technology & People Platforms to own the enterprise HR tech stack, primarily Workday, and a new HR Service Delivery Platform. You will drive end-to-end people processes, automation, and data governance to enable workforce planning, talent deployment, and an elevated employee experience.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead global platform strategy and delivery, standardize processes, and advance AI-enabled capabilities across HR, Finance

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR Technology, or People Systems leadership roles.
• Experience with AI-enabled HR technologies and automation, governance and data privacy.
• Deep, hands-on Workday HCM expertise, including configuration, reporting, and module integration.
• Proven experience leading HRIS teams in global organizations.
• Strong understanding of core HR, compensation, benefits, talent, and payroll integrations.
• Experience managing large-scale system implementations, upgrades, or transformations.
• Strong stakeholder management across HR, IT, Finance and executive leadership.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with data governance and systems controls.

Responsibilities

• Own the global HR technology strategy and roadmap across Workday and HR Service Delivery platform.
• Design and standardize end-to-end people workflows and internal mobility opportunities.
• Build and operationalize a closed-loop talent flywheel with internal mobility focus.
• Define the HR service delivery layer, knowledge management and self-service capabilities.
• Lead AI-enabled capabilities and governance, ensuring data privacy and compliance.
• Oversee global HR technology delivery, releases, integrations and scale.
