Job summary

CVS Health in Montpelier, VT, seeks an HR Technology Strategy & Delivery Lead to shape employee-facing experiences across HR systems, including Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and mobile platforms. You will own strategy, requirements, solution design, and modernization of digital HR experiences.

You will partner with product, engineering, HR stakeholders, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions, measure outcomes with adoption KPIs, and drive change management across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Technology, HRIS, HR Operations, or HR Transformation.
• 4+ years gathering requirements and delivering tech solutions in Agile.
• 4+ years configuring HR Technology platforms (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, T&A).
• 3+ years with ServiceNow or similar case management.
• 3+ years partnering with HR stakeholders to design solutions and drive adoption.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional initiatives involving HR, IT,Payroll, Benefits and external vendors.
• 2+ years leading UAT, defect management and solution validation.
• 2+ years strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• 2+ years excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define HR Technology strategy across personas and journeys.
• Lead discovery, requirements, and solution design for strategic initiatives.
• Identify gaps and friction points; recommend solutions to boost adoption.
• Design integrated HR solutions using Workday, Workbrain, ServiceNow HRSD and AI.
• Develop operating models, process flows, and implementation roadmaps.
• Evaluate platform capabilities; make build vs buy recommendations.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, HR and vendors to deliver scalable HR solutions.
• Develop adoption metrics and reporting frameworks to measure outcomes.
• Lead UAT and coordinate testing with stakeholders.
• Lead organizational change management and training for implementations.
• Provide clear documentation and user guides.
