Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks a VP, Global HR Technology & People Platforms to own the enterprise HR tech stack, including Workday and a new HR service delivery platform. You will define strategy, align with HR, IT and Finance, and drive cross‑functional transformation at scale.

You will lead global delivery, standardize processes, govern data, and push AI-enabled automation to enhance workforce planning, internal mobility, and employee experience.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years leading HRIS/People Systems in global orgs.
• Deep Workday configuration, reporting and integrations.
• Experience driving AI-enabled HR technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own global People Technology strategy and roadmaps.
• Design end-to-end HR workflows and automation ideas.
• Lead HR Service Delivery platform deployment and governance.
• Partner with HR, IT and Finance across regions to deliver outcomes.
• Drive data governance, security and scalable architecture.
