Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a high-impact executive to lead Finance and People technology strategy, operations, data, and AI-driven innovation. This VP role partners with CFO and CHRO to unify two domains into one enterprise tech roadmap and governance framework.

Reporting to senior IT leadership, the candidate will drive multi-year roadmaps, ensure data integrity, and manage global technology programs across Workday and related platforms, spanning 60+ countries.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience with a minimum of 5 years in senior Finance and/or HR technology leadership roles at global enterprise scale.
• Experience owning Finance technology platforms (Workday Financials, JDE, OneStream, Hyperion, Essbase, or equivalent) and People technology platforms (Workday HCM—Core HR, Recruiting, Talent, Payroll, Absence, Learning) across multiple geographies.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technology transformation programs on time and within budget across a global, geographically distributed organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and influence CFO-level, CPO-level, and broader C-suite stakeholders with credibility, gravitas, and commercial acumen.
• Experience driving AI adoption within Finance and/or HR functions — including familiarity with AI use case development, governance frameworks, and responsible AI practices; experience partnering with a dedicated Enterprise AI function is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year Finance & People Systems roadmaps aligned to Cushman's enterprise architecture, ERP and HCM modernization programs, and corporate AI strategy.
• Own end-to-end systems operations across the combined Finance and People technology estates for ~50,000 employees in 60+ countries.
• Establish unified data foundations and oversee the Finance and People Data Lake buildout on Databricks; ensure data readiness for analytics and AI use cases.
• Maintain SOX compliance and data privacy, security, and governance across Finance and HR systems; liaise with Internal Audit.
• Oversee delivery of ERP, HCM enhancements, payroll technology programs, and AI use case launches with governance and risk discipline.
