Qualifications

• Five+ years lending or credit support experience with a focus on business relationships.
• Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Methodical approach to market activities and prospecting; proven client relationship skills with CEOs/CFOs.
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources.
• Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to establish credibility with senior partners.
• Deep local connections and market knowledge.
