Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Commercial Banker to serve Emerging Middle Market clients in Massachusetts. You will be the focal point for client acquisition and ongoing relationships, delivering strategic financial solutions.

You will work both independently and with partners to grow and retain profitable relationships with companies earning $20–$100 million in annual revenue. This role emphasizes industry knowledge, a customer centric mindset, and the ability to engage with CEOs and CFOs

Qualifications

• Five plus years lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships.
• Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Methodical approach to market activities and prospecting, demonstrate proven client relationship skills, and can engage with CEOs and CFOs.
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources.
• Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners.
• Deep local connections and market knowledge.
