Job summary

BDV Cultural Exchange seeks a senior sales leader to build and run five distinct J-1 teacher placement brands. You will design parallel market strategies, own revenue growth across brands, and lead a new sales operations and marketing function with strategic partners and education stakeholders.

You will collaborate with executives to allocate budgets, manage headcount, and shape the pipeline. This is a high-exposure, strategic leadership role within Vanteo’s J-1 ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in senior sales, growth, or GTM leadership.
• Experience building a new-sales function from scratch.
• Ability to manage multi-brand GTM and partner networks.

Responsibilities

• Build five coherent go-to-market strategies for TPG, ITES, Global, J1X, and HRC.
• Lead a five-brand sales and marketing engine with a shared infrastructure.
• Stand up sales operations, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Develop and scale a national partner network with state EDOs and recruiters.
• Ensure compliance and quality in placements while driving growth and AI-enabled optimization.
