Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an experienced eCommerce Product Solutions Manager within Merchant Services to design and configure complex merchant payments solutions for eRetail, B2B, and technology clients.

You will tailor existing offerings, design new ones, and bring them to market in collaboration with Sales. As a key voice of the customer, you will translate client needs into actionable product requirements, partner with Product teams to shape roadmaps, and support pricing, pipeline, and

Qualifications

5+ years in multi-team problem solving and product clusters.
Extensive sales cycle experience and client engagement.
Experience customizing preconfigured solutions for complex problems.
Strong ability to navigate a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

Leads solutioning and adoption of client-facing products and capabilities.
Bring eRetail, B2B Solutions, Tech sector expertise to merchant payments work with Sales.
Serve as SME on products and capabilities for merchant payments in target industries.
Support Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning.
Engage with client teams to understand pain points and feed Product roadmaps.
