Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States seeks a Product Manager, Vice President to lead healthcare payment solutions within our Consumer Receivables and Digital Channels teams.

You will own key product domains, translate customer needs and market insights into a strategic roadmap, and partner with engineering, risk, sales, and client teams to deliver scalable payment solutions. You will define requirements, prioritize investments, and lead initiatives through the software development lifecycle

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in payments/fintech or healthcare tech.
• Experience owning product strategy, roadmap development, and delivery.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methods.
• Ability to influence across technical, commercial, operational, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and performance data.
• Self-starter who prioritizes, manages time, and drives initiatives to completion.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategy, roadmap, and priorities for healthcare payment solutions.
• Identify market opportunities and customer needs through engagement and research.
• Develop business cases and product recommendations aligned with objectives.
• Partner with engineering to deliver scalable, compliant solutions from discovery to launch.
