Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an eCommerce Product Solutions Manager within Merchant Services.

The role focuses on developing merchant payments solutions for the eRetail, B2B Solutions, and Technology sectors, tailoring offerings to client needs and bringing new solutions to market. You will collaborate with Sales and Product teams to define, configure, and deliver complex client-focused payments solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across multiple teams and products.
• Extensive experience in a sales cycle with regular client engagement.
• Experience modifying preconfigured solutions for complex problems.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate a highly matrixed, complex organization.
• eRetail experience including eCommerce, retailing, omnichannel, B2B or DTC.
• B2B solutions experience focusing on payments, billing, ERP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Leads solutioning and adoption of client-facing products and capabilities.
• Tailors eRetail | B2B Solutions | Technology sector offerings to merchant payments clients.
• Serves as SME on merchant payments product capabilities and client needs.
• Supports Sales with pricing, pipeline, and training collateral.
• Engages with client teams to gather feedback and inform the product roadmap.
