Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Product Solutions Manager in Commercial Card Sales & Account Management to define and configure complex client solutions.

You will act as the voice of the customer and collaborate with Sales and Product teams to build national relationships and close cross-sell opportunities across the firm. You will leverage deep expertise in BRB card, virtual card, and expense management to drive T&E and B2B Commercial Card growth, while partnering across JPMorgan Chase’s

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solving problems across teams and products.
• Extensive experience in a sales cycle with client engagement and complex negotiations.
• Ability to tailor preconfigured solutions to meet client needs and drive cross-sell opportunities.
• Proven success in a highly matrixed organization with stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead solutioning and adoption of client-facing products for a channel partnership sales approach.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on defined product capabilities and market trends.
• Support pricing, pipeline and account planning, and internal training materials.
• Regularly gather client feedback to inform the product roadmap and strategy.
• Manage a sales territory with disciplined forecasting and pipeline management.
• Build and activate strategic selling networks to expand market presence and create opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional projects with structure, accountability and measurable outcomes.
• Deliver differentiated client experiences by understanding customer culture and needs.
