Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Product Solutions Associate in Merchant Services, eCommerce Payments Products and Solutions.

You will help define and configure complex product solutions for key client relationships and opportunities, drawing from research and client feedback to craft unique solutions with Sales and cross-functional Product teams. You will contribute to pricing proposals, value analyses, and sales collateral, while presenting compelling stories to clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience solving problems on a team within a cluster of products.
• Experience supporting the sales cycle by producing sales decks, training collateral, pricing proposals, and value analysis reports.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a highly matrixed and complex organization.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong ownership, initiative and accountability to thrive in a fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports the strategic definition and configuration of optimal solutions addressing client needs in collaboration with Sales and Product.
• Contributes to pricing proposals and value analysis reports to demonstrate product benefits to clients.
• Delivers compelling oral and written presentations with sales decks and training collateral.
• Establishes cross-team forums to coordinate configuration of solutions within the Product Solutions group.

As a Product Solutions Associate, you are a strategic and analytical leader who is passionate about delivering solutions to clients and a significant contributor to a team that defines and configures complex product solutions for key client relationships and prospect opportunities.

Job responsibilities

• Supports the strategic definition and configuration of optimal solutions that address clients’ needs and objectives through collaboration with our clients and other internal teams such as Sales and Product
• Contributes to the construction of pricing proposals and value analysis reports to demonstrate product benefits to clients
• Delivers compelling oral and written presentations with associated technical skills in building sales decks and training collateral
• Establishes forums to coordinate across the Product Solutions team to enable a successful configuration of solutions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving on a team within a cluster of products
• Experience supporting the sales cycle by producing sales decks, training collateral, pricing proposals, and value analysis reports
• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong sense of ownership, initiative and accountability to join an ambitious fintech environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Exposure to, knowledge of and passion for eCommerce and retailing including merchandising, logistics, returns, endless-aisle, and/or omnichannel selling (B2C and/or B2B and/or Direct-to-Consumer)
• Familiarity with payments, merchant services, merchant acquiring, payment processing, and fintech payments products
• Experience in strategy consulting a plus
• MBA degree a plus
