Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Vice President, Payments Sales Manager to grow and manage strategic Payments relationships across the eCommerce and Platforms vertical. You will lead engagements with marketplaces, platforms, and consumer tech clients with high-volume, global payment needs.

You will partner with Corporate Banking, Product Solutions, and Advisory teams to craft tailored payment strategies, while driving revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in transaction banking sales, payments sales, treasury services or related client-facing role.
• Deep knowledge of payments ecosystem: cash mgmt, liquidity, merchant acquiring, card, FX, trade solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand JPMorganChase Payments relationships with eCommerce & Platforms clients and prospects.
• Deploy needs-based and consultative selling techniques to deliver tailored Payments solutions.
• Drive revenue and deposit growth while maintaining target profitability.
• Understand clients' business environments to help them meet objectives.
• Collaborate with Banking, Product Solutions, Onboarding and advisory teams to ensure a coordinated client experience.
• Advance global opportunities with offshore Subsidiary Bankers and Payments Sales Managers.
• Write proposals and develop client presentations for RFIs/RFPs.
• Share client insights across teams to maintain alignment.
• Develop portfolio strategy through account planning and wallet share analysis.
• Coach Payments Sales Associates and Client Managers.
