What We Do

This role oversees the entire Early Buy Out (EBO) process to ensure flawless execution of EBO programs for ServiceMac clients. It is a cross-functional role that requires understanding GSE requirements related to early buyouts (loan modifications and discretionary). As part of ServiceMac's management team, you will participate in strategy and implementation meetings to support the EBO process. The goal is to monitor the end-to-end process, report on team successes, and suggest improvements for support teams.

What You'll Do:

  1. Develop strategies to support the EBO process.
  2. Collaborate across teams to execute the program.
  3. Manage internal and external processes to support GSE compliance and client loan redelivery goals.
  4. Initiate and participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  5. Create and execute strategic plans.
  6. Operate within expense and program budgets.

What You'll Bring

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
  2. 8+ years of management experience in a large, complex group.
  3. Experience creating and executing strategic plans.
  4. Proven track record leading large projects with multiple stakeholders and driving organizational change.
  5. Successful history of meeting employee needs while driving team performance and resource allocation.
  6. Comprehensive knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures in your field of specialization.
  7. Advanced knowledge of specialized fields, including investor reporting.
  8. Experience leading employees across multiple locations and developing innovative solutions.
  9. Excellent problem-solving, communication, collaboration, critical thinking, team building, and presentation skills.
  10. Results-oriented with strong time and project management skills; highly organized and driven.
  11. Strong leadership skills, capable of inspiring and empowering employees.

Salary Range: $114,625 - $152,825 Annually

This range is an estimate at the time of posting and may vary based on factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
