What We Do

This role oversees the entire Early Buy Out (EBO) process to ensure flawless execution of EBO programs for ServiceMac clients. It is a cross-functional role requiring a thorough understanding of GSE requirements related to early buyouts (loan modifications and discretionary). As part of the ServiceMac management team, you will participate in strategy and implementation meetings to support the EBO process. The goal is to monitor the end-to-end process, report on team successes, and suggest improvements for support teams.

What You'll Do:

  1. Develop strategies to support the overall EBO process.
  2. Collaborate across teams to execute the program.
  3. Manage internal and external processes to meet GSE compliance and client loan redelivery goals.
  4. Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  5. Create and implement strategic plans.
  6. Operate within budget constraints for expenses and programs.

What You'll Bring

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
  2. 8+ years of management experience in a large, complex organization.
  3. Proven ability to create and execute strategic plans.
  4. Experience leading large projects with multiple stakeholders and driving organizational change.
  5. Successful track record in team leadership, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
  6. Deep knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures in your field, including investor reporting.
  7. Experience managing teams across multiple locations and developing solutions.
  8. Excellent problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  9. Results-oriented with strong time and project management skills; highly organized and driven.
  10. Strong leadership qualities, including leading by example and empowering employees.

Salary Range: $114,625 - $152,825 Annually

This range is an estimate based on job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
