What We Do

This role oversees the entire Early Buy Out (EBO) process to ensure flawless execution of EBO programs for ServiceMac clients. It is a cross-functional role requiring understanding of GSE requirements related to early buyouts (loan mods and discretionary). As part of the ServiceMac management team, you will participate in strategy and implementation meetings to support the EBO process. The goal is to monitor the end-to-end process, report on successes, and suggest improvements for support teams.

What You'll Do:
  1. Develop strategies to support the EBO process
  2. Collaborate across teams to execute the program
  3. Manage internal and external processes to support GSE compliance and client loan redelivery
  4. Initiate and participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness
  5. Create and execute strategic plans
  6. Operate within expense and program budgets
What You'll Bring
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
  2. 8+ years of management experience in a large, complex group
  3. Experience creating and executing strategic plans
  4. Proven success leading large projects with multiple stakeholders and organizational change
  5. Ability to meet diverse employee needs while driving team performance and resource allocation
  6. Deep knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures in the field of specialization
  7. Advanced knowledge of specialized fields, including investor reporting
  8. Experience leading employees across multiple locations and developing solutions
  9. Excellent problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  10. Results-oriented with strong time and project management skills
  11. Ability to lead by example and empower employees
Salary Range

$114,625 - $152,825 annually. This range is an estimate at the time of posting and may vary based on factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
