What We Do

This role oversees the entire Early Buy Out (EBO) process to ensure flawless execution of EBO programs for ServiceMac clients. It is a cross-functional role that requires understanding the requirements of the GSEs related to early buyouts (loan mods and discretionary). As part of the ServiceMac management team, you will participate in strategy and implementation meetings to support the EBO process. The goal is to monitor the end-to-end process for early buyouts, report on team successes, and suggest improvements.

What You'll Do:

1. Develop strategies to support the EBO process.
2. Collaborate across teams to execute the program.
3. Manage internal and external processes to support GSE compliance and client loan redelivery.
4. Initiate and participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
5. Create and execute strategic plans.
6. Operate within expense and program budgets.

What You'll Bring:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
2. 8+ years of management experience leading large, complex groups.
3. Experience creating and executing strategic plans.
4. Proven ability to lead large projects with multiple stakeholders and drive organizational change.
5. Success in meeting employee needs and driving team performance.
6. Comprehensive knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures in the field.
7. Advanced knowledge of specialized fields, including investor reporting.
8. Experience leading teams across multiple locations and developing solutions.
9. Excellent problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
10. Results-oriented with strong time and project management skills.
11. Ability to lead by example, motivate employees, and empower teams.

Salary Range: $114,625 - $152,825 Annually
