What We Do

This role oversees the entire Early Buy Out (EBO) process to ensure flawless execution of EBO programs for ServiceMac clients. It is a cross-functional role, requiring an understanding of GSE requirements related to early buyouts (loan mods and discretionary). As part of the ServiceMac management team, you will participate in strategy and implementation meetings to support the EBO process. The goal is to monitor the end-to-end process, report on successes, and suggest improvements for support teams.

• Develop strategies to support the overall EBO process
• Collaborate across teams to execute the program
• Manage internal and external processes to support GSE compliance and client loan redelivery goals
• Initiate and participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness
• Create and execute strategic plans
• Operate within expense and program budgets

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of management experience leading large, complex groups
• Proven ability to create and execute strategic plans
• Experience leading large projects with multiple stakeholders and organizational change
• Success in meeting employee needs while driving performance and resource allocation
• Comprehensive knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures in your field
• Advanced knowledge of specialized fields, including investor reporting
• Experience leading employees across multiple locations and developing solutions
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Results-oriented with strong time and project management skills

Salary Range: $114,625 - $152,825 Annually
