Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years in underwriting, market facing, broker, carrier, or risk management in Commercial Insurance
• Experience in E&S Property
• 2+ years of people management experience

Responsibilities

• Develop, coach and manage a regional Property underwriting team
• Oversee new business production, policy retention, rate/tiering execution and portfolio management
• Maintain regional wholesale broker relationships and underwriter referrals
• Travel as needed (approx. 25%) to support team and brokers
• Maintain a hybrid work schedule with Atlanta base
