The DYN Collective in the United States seeks a Vice President to lead the Dynamics 365 Practice & Growth, driving revenue, hiring, and delivery excellence across the US. This entrepreneurial leader will own the business unit, shape strategy, and scale a profitable consulting practice with hands-on business development.

Ideal candidates bring deep Dynamics 365 expertise, proven revenue growth, and a track record of building teams, managing P&L, and delivering successful projects.

Formación

• 10+ years in technology consulting or Microsoft Business Applications.
• 10+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

Responsabilidades

• Own growth, strategy, and financial performance of US Dynamics 365 business.
• Develop and execute business plans for revenue growth and market expansion.
• Own P&L, revenue, margins, utilization and forecasting.
• Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and market position.
• Collaborate with global leadership on US objectives.
• Drive new business development and strategic sales opportunities.
• Build and scale a high‑performing Dynamics 365 consulting practice.
• Hire, mentor, and develop leaders across sales, consulting, and delivery.
• Oversee project delivery, risk management, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with delivery leadership to optimize portfolio performance.
• Serve as executive escalation point for strategic customers.
