Job summary

We're partnering with an established consulting organization seeking a Practice Director to lead and grow its D365 practice.

This is a senior leadership role with a hands-on component, ideal for someone who enjoys balancing practice leadership, client engagement, sales support, and solution delivery. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving practice growth, developing teams, managing strategic client relationships, and ensuring successful project outcomes. While leadership experience is essential, this is not a purely management-focused position. We're looking for someone who is willing to stay close to the technology, engage directly with clients, and roll up their sleeves when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the practice across delivery, people, and commercial performance.
• Own P&L, forecasting, utilization, and practice growth.

Requirements

• Experience with Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, IFS, Oracle, or similar platforms will also be considered.
• Prior ownership of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and overall practice performance required.
• Experience leading teams, including performance management and career development.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting sales, pre-sales, and business growth initiatives.
• Comfortable remaining hands-on with solutions and delivery engagements when needed.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
