Qualifications

- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on delivery leadership when needed.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the D365 practice across delivery, people, and commercial performance.
- Own P&L, forecasting, utilization, and practice growth.
- Manage and develop teams, including coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution shaping, and new business opportunities.
- Stay involved in solution delivery and provide hands-on leadership when needed.
- Drive best practices and ensure successful client outcomes.
