Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in driver recruiting or transportation talent acquisition.
• Deep knowledge of the driver labor market, CDL requirements, and industry trends.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic talent acquisition and workforce planning.
• Strong business, financial, and analytical acumen with data-driven decision making.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder relationship skills.

• Oversee end-to-end driver recruiting lifecycle, including pipeline development and hiring performance.
• Lead recruitment marketing, sourcing strategies, and process improvements.
